In the Getting Pregnant Bible e-book authored by Christena Williams, women and men will find information that is great when they are trying to conceive. Yes, there is a section for men in here as well, as there are specific things that men can do to help with fertility and the whole process in general. Some of the things that are covered in the men’s section include:

• How to eat healthier
• Having a physical with your doctor
• Losing weight
• Meeting with a financial advisor (yes, kids cost a lot of money over the years)
• Check your workplace for hazards that can lessen your sperm count or cause injuries
• Avoiding x-rays and other potentially harmful machines and tests that can cause your sperm count to drop

Women, the vast majority of the book is for you, of course, and you will learn more than you ever thought went into getting pregnant. There are sections in this e-book that cover everything from ovulation to eating to humor to symptoms that you will have. Here are some of the things that are covered in the rest of the e-book for you:
